ROASTER'S CHOICE

Our Roaster’s Choice is where we get a little crazy and creative… we get to craft our own coffee likes! We explore the globes new processing methods, unique farms, and the what’s happening in the coffee world, we get to share micro lot farming, small batch fermentation and whatever is new to coffee. Keep your eye out for Roaster’s Choice. You never know what magic you may end up with! FYI, we roast light to medium so best suited to pour over, drip filter or short espresso or Ristretto brewing methods.
