ROASTER'S CHOICE

Our Roaster's Choice is where we get to let our creativity loose.  Each month, our roasting team hand-selects a unique coffee or blend that has captured our attention. It might be an exciting new processing method, a rare micro-lot, an exceptional farm, a small-batch fermentation, or simply something we think deserves to be shared. Every Roaster's Choice is a limited monthly release, so there's always something new waiting to be discovered.

July 2026 – WILDGOAT

This month's Roaster's Choice is WILDGOAT – a bold 30/70 blend of Indian Pearl Mountain Natural and Colombian Washed coffees, expertly roasted medium-dark to deliver a smooth, full-bodied cup.  The naturally processed Indian coffee brings rich sweetness and depth, while the washed Colombian adds balance and clarity, creating a coffee that's both adventurous and incredibly easy to enjoy.

Dark Chocolate • Caramel • Toasted Almond • Dried Cherry • Brown Sugar • Warm Spice

Expect a rich, balanced and syrupy finish that lingers long after the last sip.

Roasted medium-dark to suit espresso and milk-based coffees, WILDGOAT also makes an exceptional pour over or filter brew, revealing a little more of its sweetness and complexity with every cup.
