Our Roaster's Choice is where we get to let our creativity loose.  Each month, our roasting team hand-selects a unique coffee or blend that has captured our attention. It might be an exciting new processing method, a rare micro-lot, an exceptional farm, a small-batch fermentation, or simply something we think deserves to be shared. Every Roaster's Choice is a limited monthly release, so there's always something new waiting to be discovered.

October 2026 – ROCKY ROAD | Colombia + Ethiopia Guji

October’s Roaster’s Choice is a sweet, vibrant blend bringing together two standout origins — Colombia and Ethiopia Guji.

Rocky Road combines the smooth, chocolatey depth of Colombian coffee with the bright, fruit-forward character Ethiopia Guji is known for. Together, they create a beautifully balanced cup that is lively without being sharp, rich without being heavy, and packed with flavour from the first sip to the last.

Roasted to a medium profile, expect juicy bright cherry up front, followed by creamy milk chocolate sweetness and a smooth, rounded finish. It’s the kind of coffee that works beautifully black but is just as at home with milk, where those chocolate notes really come to life.

Sweet, smooth and just a little bit playful, Rocky Road is an easy-drinking crowd pleaser with enough personality to keep things interesting.
